Here is the Pathetic stories of players and officials of Enyimba Football Club of Aba who went to Katsina yesterday to honor a football match with Katsina United in the Nigerian Professional League.
That they were beaten 2-1 by their hosts (Katsina United) was not enough for them, for after the match, the crowd became violent and attacked the players and officials, destroying their bus. Some of the players and officials got wounded.
Time for the Nigeria Football Federation to be alive to their responsibilities.
