It was a gathering of relevant political, cum business colossus from different parts of the country last Saturday, as the daughter of Senator Godwin Araraume, Chioma, tied the nuptial knot with her heartthrob, Nante Dariye, son to the former Governor of Plateau state, Joshua Dariye.
The wedding ceremony which took place in Abuja attracted dignitaries, such as the Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, former Senate President, David Mark, APC national chairman, John Odigie-Oyegun, senators, members of the House of representatives, ministers, top APC stalwarts, House of Assembly members, local government Chairman, Army Generals, top civil servants, traditional rulers,security chiefs, business executives, as well as captains of industries.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chief sponsor of the wedding and the Senator representing Imo north senatorial district, distinguished Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu, admonished newly married couples to make undying love and unshakable trust in God, their daily principles.
He maintained that any marital relationship devoid of constant acknowledgement of God's presence and mutual respect and understanding of the couples was bound to fail.
Senator Uwajumogu cautioned them against the wanton invitation of third parties to their home in the unfortunate event of any disagreement, stressing that such action was capable of destabilizing their love and their family.
While reiterating his vowed commitment to fulfilling his social responsibilities to his constituents, he prayed God for his innumerable blessings upon the new family, while wishing them a fruitful and blissful wedlock.
